Vote by Mail:

Make sure your ballot is mailed and postmarked by Election Day. If you prefer, you can place your ballot in one of the many ballot drop boxes located in Morris County (see below). They resemble a USPS Blue Mailbox, but are red, white & blue and display “Morris County – Official Ballot Drop Box.”   Another option is to deliver your filled out Vote-by-Mail ballot to your polling location during voting hours on Election Day.

The Vote-By-Mail ballots (VBMs) will be picked up from drop boxes on a daily basis and brought to the Board of Elections. All Security measures will be followed when collecting and transporting the VBMs. VBM Drop Boxes will be closed at 8:00 p.m. on Election Day.
