Aug 10 -Micro Paving is going to start on Aug 10th, weather permitting, for the following streets:  Meadowbrook Rd., Trout Brook Drive, Pine Ridge Court, Wortman Way, Craig Lane, Patrey Court, Runyon Place, Cricket Lane, Chesterbrook Drive, Chesterfield Drive, Stanley Place, South Gables Drive, Bird Song Court, Carlisle Court, and Deer Hill Road.

July 20-27 – Beginning on or about Monday July 20th, the following road or roads will begin to be milled and paved. Please put your trash and recycling out before 6am on Wednesday and Friday for the next two weeks. 

Milling Schedule: 
7/20 Beacon Hill Dr.
7/21 Hardin Court        Prides Crossing        Dogwood Dr./ Brook Dr./ Cora Ln.
7/23  Cramer Dr.
Paving Schedule:
7/22 Beacon Hill Dr. and a portion of Fox Chase Rd. (Between Old Chester Rd. and Rt 206)
7/23 Fox Chase Rd. and Hardin Ct.
7/24 Mt. View Dr.
7/27 Brook Dr. and Dogwood Dr.
7/28 Dogwood Dr. and Cora Ln. (From Dogwood Dr. to Dogwood Dr)
7/29 Cramer Dr.
7/30 Catan Dr. and Prides Crossing

Please be advised that the milling operations will take 2 to 3 days, and paving will take 2 to 3 days.  It is important to note that there will be a traffic ban on all Landscape Contractors and deliveries during the milling and paving process as there will be no on-street parking.  One final note, while the anticipated start date is July 20, weather can impact the schedule and as a result the day or days of milling and paving is subject to change.  

Once again thank you for your cooperation during the construction process, and please be aware of construction personnel and vehicles.  Residents of the above listed streets will have access to their residences but may be delayed coming and going.   Please allow extra time to get to and from your residence.  If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me at the above listed number or email me at creiner@chestertownship.org
