Please note that this card is an advertisement from a company that will charge you money to file a PT-7 form. This is not an official document endorsed by the State of NJ, Morris County Tax Board or Chester Township. The PT-7 form is not a State form. Your assessment will not change by simply filing out the PT-7 form.

There are several property tax relief programs available to the public that may help to reduce the cost of property taxes to those that qualify. All of the forms listed below are available in the Chester Township Tax Assessor’s and Tax Collector’s offices.
