MacGregor Park Wildlife Habitat Created

If you've been to MacGregor Park this month, you might have noticed a turf grass field being replanted with a native grass/wildflower meadow mix. Thanks to Sustainable Jersey and the PSEG Foundation for the $2000 grant to buy seed, to Rich Prado and the Chester Township Parks Committee, Aaron Drake and Kevin Collins of the Department of Public Works, and NJ Fish and Wildlife / NJ Bureau of Land Management for their hard work on this project! We look forward to seeing this habitat in full bloom next summer!
