Fingerprinting – The Police Department provides fingerprinting for residents of Chester Borough and Chester Township for a variety of reasons such as pre-employment requirement. Those needing to be fingerprinted must supply their own fingerprint cards, and make an appointment by calling Police Headquarters at 908-879-5514
