9/11 Remembrance Ceremony

The Chesters have extended an invitation to the public to join them for a 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony.

The ceremony marks the 25th anniversary of the terrorist attacks. The event is planned for Friday, Sept. 11 at 4 p.m. at the Gregg Froehner 9/11 Memorial in Chester Township’s Chubb Park, at 290 West Main Street.

Froehner, a Chester Township resident, was one of 64 residents from Morris County who died in the attacks.

Representatives and members of the Chester Volunteer Fire Company, Chester First Aid Squad, Chester Police Department, and civic leaders will all be in attendance. Please join us.
